Google IG and Virus Question
« Topic Start: February 13, 2012, 02:45:35 PM »
Recently my computer has restarted on its own a few times. Today, my computer started acting up saying I had a problem with my hard drive. My computer restarted its first time on its own when I had a www.google.com/ig page up (my homepage). I did a System Restore this morning and my computer stopped bringing up the error. Since the first restart, though, google.com/ig hasn't worked for me (brings up 404 errors) and whenever I search google now I believe I have a virus since every page I open up on google brings me to a website "loan puma"/askthecrew.net

I am running a malwarebytes scan right now but I'd like to know if anyone can help me by searching google for a way to get rid of this and such.

Thanks!

Okay, luckily I got a fix on a website.

TdSKiller removes the root kit file. Somehow other softwares weren't able too.
