It's a great conference all around. We're a close bunch. Even in DC this summer I went to a couple events on Capitol Hill made for SEC schools and students. Athletically and academically it is encouraged for the schools to stick together.
You could say that about any major conference, the SEC isn't special.
SEC fans have a huge inferiority complex. To root for conference rivals is beyond asinine.
