I mean... part of me agrees with you, but you have to admit that Nieves and Morgan sabotaged him about as much as is possible.

I'm in shock that they kept Nieves over Burke. What do they see in him? Is it really his piddly arbitration salary?

I think some of it has to do with 'loyalty'... and part has to do with it being that Pudge loves Nieves.

Probably want to keep him happy.

I'd keep Burke and Maldonado over Nieves at this point.  He clearly doesn't have the talent to be even a backup C at the MLB level while the other two would hopefully be able to call a better game at least.

Zach Duke has a 5+ ERA, so we need to win tonight if we're going to win the series.

I'm not sure if I'm being sarcastic or not.

What the hell? I thought Nyjer had given up on that fake bunt crap.

I guess he decided to regress in all aspects of his game tonight.

Can the Nats care as little as the pirates? Maybe the season IS cooked. That punk Milledge has actually not looked like as much of a slacker as he should.

Did you see the game from the bottom of the 4th through the top of the 5th?

Milledge played plenty dumb! :)

When he first arrived I thought he was a great role model. With the slacking, dip, and on camera swearing, he proved that's not the case.

Bob (with the reddest face ever): "Do you always put your arm around me when we come back on air?"
Rob: I love you, man

*awkward silence*

"It's up to Wil Nieves now with two outs." = "And the Nats go down quietly in the bottom of the sixth."

Hanrahan has been solid for them hasn't he?  I heard he leads all relief pitchers in K's.

5.4 ERA, 1.71 WHIP, but 11 walks and 39 Ks in 25 innings.

That 1.71 WHIP is mighty impressive.
