For comparison, Albert Pujols played 1 year at Maple Woods Community College, batting .461 with 22HRs and 80 RBIs (hitting a grandslam off Mark Buerhle and turning an unassisted triple play in his first game.  He played one full season in the minors going from A to AAA (skipping AA).

If Harper is everything they say he is, and we assume he's signed next August, he should be on the field to start the 2012 season.
