Kearns could be a great defensive substitution for Dunn or Willingham when we're ahead. Of course, we need to have a lead...

Right, and he could be a decent bat to have as a pinch hitter late in the game.  I wouldn't mind using him to give guys a day off every now and then either, but I don't think he has what it takes to start.

I have to agree.  I don't think Kearns deserves a starting spot, I don't care how good his defense is.
Kearns defense is very good.  I love watching him in RF, less so at the plate, but with our less than stellar pitching, I think we need to go with offense.

Flores gets a hit, followed by Gonzalez.

Lannan sacrifices them to 2nd & 3rd base.  Still no score.

That was a wicked cool slomo shot of Marine 1 or one of its clones earlier.
I love that slow mo camera. MASN has made some really good changes this year.
I can't badmouth them, expect for that loser who does the scoring and updates the count and runners on base. He was bad last year, and he is no better this year.

Right, and I think defense is very important.  We already have Dunn in the OF, now we have Willingham in Left, but more importantly we have a decent lineup with a very good infield D.  We are punting a bit of OF D with this lineup for the extra UMPH in the lineup.

I'm starting to like this Alberto Gonzalez guy.

Gonzalez has a HR and a double, which is better than Hernandez in the same number of ABs.

LOL someone messed up Dunn's jersey. How do you get NATINALS on his jersey? Whoever did that should be fired immediately.
