Isn't it even more odd that this total collapse started the day that Vidro played his first game after coming back from Bowie?  All I heard or read when he was on the DL was that he was the savior of this team and "just wait until he comes back".

Wil Cordero is going to be the Mets Everyday 1st Baseman.

1B has been a HUGE GAPING HOLE for the Mets all season.  1B to them is what SS is to us.

I have been watching him here...about 1 for 18 or so thus far.  He and Daubach are going downhill rapidly for the Tides...
