so long as our pitching staff holds up, i can't see us doing any worse than 2-3 and in any run through the rotation.

we just won every game in a cycle through our rotation, and now we get to start all over again with Strasburg.

Best start in franchise history at 38-23.

Too easy.

If we just win just 50 of the remaining 101 games, we'd end up with 88 wins for the year.

Just heard two kids at the ballfield debating whether they wanted 37 or 34 on their uniforms.

our 5 game lead in the east is the biggest margin that any first place team has over the 2nd place team right now (LA over SF by 4.5).

The rest of the division was not exactly burning it up while we were getting swept.

The division has stunk it up so far in inter league apart from us, the braves and marlins have been shocking and the mets only ok

In an addendum to my detailed report of the eleven series NL East-AL East gauntlet, the Nationals (tied with Pittsburgh) had the most wins among National League teams, 10.

After tonight's Dodger lost to the Giants, not only do we have the best record in the NL by winning percentage (.583) but also the highest percentage chance of making the playoffs in the National League (73.3).
