Actually, while he is right, he is right. Maxwell is fast as hell, great basestealer when he is on. I saw him steal home in the minors.
Bryce Harper stole home in a game in high school, doesn't mean he can do it up at the pro level. Maxwell has speed. Everything else is nothing of importance, like striking out.
