I don't see how that makes you a Google partisan. You're indirectly agreeing with most of what I said. And I certainly agree with everything you said. Facebook is popular, but ultimately you can live without it just fine. Google's services and products are practically indispensable these days. Hence, any privacy issues with Google carry a lot more weight. Not to mention that Google has repeatedly claimed it "won't go there" and people trust it for this reason (and many others). Facebook has never really made any claims of being trustworthy and anyone who thinks they are should have their head examined.
