steam them? there probably isnt much difference between semi boiling or boiling water. both are going to be 212 degrees

i really dont know how to cook them. i think i've heard that they are steamed.  i would just search on google

Umm, steamed mussels, with garlic and herb flavoring.  Sounds good.

thanks guys....my wife experimented and used some water and some tomato sauce and garlic and onions and boiled it slowly. they came out ok.
