Beckham was a stud SS in college.  Interesting trade for the Royals, much smarter than that Mike Jacobs deal they swung last year.

Also, Garland's option wasn't picked up, which I think was assumed at this point.  Mets aren't going to bring Putz back.

Does Getz play ahead of Callaspo?  Can either push Yuni out of the way?

I think Callaspo played more often than Getz.  Not sure how any of them compare to Yuni, you'd think they would be able to beat him out, but somehow he keeps his job every year so...
