Band of misfits drive tanks around the European countryside.  They're doing okay.  Then they have a big setback.  It looks like they won't be able to overcome.  But then they do!  Also there's a token scene to make us all feel guilty about German atrocities.

There, I just saved you 15 dollars.

Disney announced that Toy Story 4 is a "go."  I honestly don't know how they top TS3, it really should have ended as it did.

Yeah. I will disregard TS4. TS3 is the proper ending - and a classic.

There are some hints in 2 & 3 that Jesse's original owner was Andy's mom (she discarded the doll in the 2nd movie).  Maybe they go in that direction?  Lassiter says that it will be a "love story' so maybe Andy's dad finally appears?

It was excellent. No IMAX all that close to me, but it looks great in a regular theater too. It is long, but there is always something going on, so it never loses your attention. In fact, it could have been about ten minutes longer IMO to go more in depth on the preparation for the mission, which they gloss over a bit. The effects are amazing and the score is one of the best I've ever heard. Matt Damon popping up two-thirds of the way through was pretty awesome too. It also has some of the more likeable robot characters I've seen in a while. Now, I will say that the last thirty-ish minutes may lose some people, but I think it works fine. This is one of those movies that is gonna have serious staying power. People will still be watching and talking about it decades from now.

I'm getting really tired of turning movies in to Part 1 & 2 and having to wait a year inbetween films.

Especially when the books follow the usual three act structure. Splitting it in two screws that up. The first movie is just build up and the second is a giant ending fight scene.

Loved it... not an original cast member to be seen.

Looks great, looks more in the spirit of the original movies than the prequels.
