Forget post-season plans. We're not going anywhere if we don't start throwing out base-stealers. The other contenders in the NL all run well and if we do still manage to get in it'll be over quickly. Those early inning steals were a disgrace (and I note that Juan Pierre is very much back on form - remember when he used to run us ragged in RFK days when he was at the Marlins - I left after the fifth inning, as is SOP for me at weeknights when we're behind five or more runs after five).
