Registration for the opportunity to purchase ticket strips for the 2013 MLB All-Star Summer in New York from Friday, July 12, 2013 - Tuesday, July 16, 2013 is now open.

Each ticket strip includes one ticket to each All-Star Summer event at Citi Field, two MLB All-Star FanFest tickets at the Jacob Javits Center and one Official All-Star Game program.

Winners will be selected at random, ensuring as many fans as possible have the chance to purchase strips. Date, time and instructions for purchase will be communicated via email to each selected applicant after the registration period closes on a date to be determined in the spring of 2013.

I got that message too, and the footnote is particularly interesting (Mets full STH and 40-game-plan holders et al getting opportunity to get ASG tickets) - could be what we can expect if/when Nats Park finally hosts the ASG.

Spent the summer of '68 with some friends on Ketcham ST. just off Broadway in Queens  (not far from Elmhurst Hospital).   Wow, what a summer that was.
