Must be for tourists, since everyone knows Texas BBQ is all about beef.
That's just me being bitter that San Antonio is totally devoid of good brisket. Texas BBQ is all about brisket but the brisket in SA blows. Rudy's has serious baby back ribs, at least. Ergo pork ribs.
