Why can't this kid just stop swinging for the fence?

Awful. We need a quick inning here, JL.

Milledge is pretty worthless.  On the bright side, Maine is already at 65 pitches.

Awful. He should probably be benched for the rest of the NY series if he keeps trying to hit HR's.

I was worried about this with Milledge in NY. He's trying too hard to stick it to the Mets, instead of staying within himself.  he'll grow out of this eventually.

he's letting his emotions get the best of him.  against other teams he generally has more good ABs than bad ones, as far as I have seen.  but against the Mets, he repeatedly tries to hit a 5-run HR.

Maybe he needs a little help and should be placed on the bench for the remainder of this series to learn a lesson.

I just don't get that. 0-2 count. That curve ball has to be in the dirt. No excuses.

Gawd, Debbie Taylor is just horrible at conducting an interview.

Jesus, he is making some terrible freaking pitches.  He's getting ahead in the count and then making big mistakes.

Lannan doesn't have it tonight.  I would pull him early.  Church owns us.
