I'm going to wait for quite awhile. I think I may just head down to the bullpen and figure it out from there. I don't think I'm going to purchase a 100$ ticket just yet.

I have a group of people (4 total) trying to get standing room tickets but none of us can go down to the park right now and grab them. I think we're all just going to go to the bullpen and play it by ear.

Something is giving me hope about the nationals website though. They're putting up all types of sections randomly.

I called and they told me it was a bug. They have nothing left; that's what the sales person said at least.

May do the same. Thankfully, I live close enough that I can check stubhub at 7pm and hopefully grab something on the cheap.

...do we break the Nats Park attendance record (set at Game 3 on Wednesday) of 45,017 tonight? Or the all-time NL Nats record of 45,157 set at the 'Who's Your Daddy' Sunday finale against the Yankees in 2006?

Tonight was originally supposed to be the Capitals regular-season home opener (vs Devils)...well there goes that main competitor for fan dollars.

Have an extra parking pass that I bought on the nats site. I printed it out already, but can I forward it by email to someone else?

Stubhub stops selling 2 hours before the game starts

Yes, just forward him the same link you used to print the pass.

I'm stunned. Glad I got my tickets locked in. Really wishing I had bought those extra strips.

I'm not sure, but StubHub might deactivate the bar code for the sold tickets and then assign new bar code numbers on the tickets the buyer receives and prints out.

The Nats issue a new bar code via StubHub when a sale is made. Just make sure that it's an Instant transfer ticket, I got burned on Wednesday because the guy I bought a parking pass from never entered the bar code. I suspect that he sold it to someone else for more cash. Major inconvenience from a work perspective, but by leaving over an hour earlier than planned I got to drink beer in the sunshine.

I'm getting that question a lot today, about the extra ticket, not the arm candy, I work with a bunch of ugly dudes.

This is a premium game so it would take a little more than eye candy to secure one.

I haven't budged yet. But I just hate these people buying those tickets since it's making the demand crazier the more eople buy expensive tickets. Is there a stub hub app?

Yep. 46K plus tonight. Called it after last night's game. I called the Wed. record about a week before that game.

I still can't get over the posters who thought some of these games would have trouble selling out.

I am excited about what was an excercise in "Supply and Demand" theory a month ago has become reality. Yup, the games are sold out, yup, ticket prices are up and yes, I'm loving every second of it. Pay what you can to get into the games guys, who knows when you will have this chance again.... Just ask Cubs fans.
