Not beer, but any Gin drinkers here?
I used to drink Tanqueray and tonic, and it was fine.
Going to London next year...would like to start studying...
Suggestions?
Sometime along the way, predictability and nuanced flavors became the thing, and is there any more limited range of flavors than the typical gin and tonic?
But, like everything else in recent decades, there seem to be quite a few variations popping up that diverge from the mainstream. Not just gins, but tonics. I bought a bottle of Watershed Gin at Catoctin Creek distillery in Purcellville, and since then I've been noticing the boutique products popping up around. This gin is made from the tailings (leftovers) of Catoctin's rye whiskey, a way to salvage product that would otherwise be waste.
