Yet potomac you continue to act like kasten and say you think this team is close to competing.

Showalter had a point about the September call-ups making managing too easy, he proposed that teams should have to pick 25 players to dress a night, that might make things more interesting.

That's a really good idea.  It's like the NFL's active/inactive designation except this one makes sense.

Kennedy went 4-5 during Oswalt's first start for the Phills back in July - I think it was Kilgore that tweeted "Kennedy kills Oswalt"

I remember the original ... :)

yeah, showalter was laughing at how some teams were scanning the waiver wire just to get an extra pinch runner.

Dunn's great defense is not enough to save the rest of the bums from themselves.

HEY!  There's nothing wrong with the music.  Give it to Espinosa and have Wil move along.

Marquis is trash.  DFA that bum, Willie Harris, Kevin Mench, Will Nieves, Alberto Gonzalez, and Justin Maxwell. No reason any of these guys should be on a big league club.  Why are they here?  They don't help us win, and they are all old.  Play the young kids.

Maxwell isn't old... he's not a big leaguer IMO, but he's not old.
