Coming into today Nats are second in the NL in both hits and walks, but only 10th (tied for league average) in runs.

Also, 3rd in MLB in hits, 2nd in walks.

I kind of like bunting for a hit, if the 3rd baseman is playing way back, go for it.  Especially a little fast guy like Lombo, who isn't going to hit with power anyway.

It's sacrifices I really don't like, but maybe I should be more specific in directing my contempt.    :lol:
