Pho 14 in Columbia Heights has replaced Pho 75 as my go-to Vietnamese soup joint. Damn it is good...the broth has a nice hint of star anise (and perhaps cinnamon?), the pickled onions have just the right amount of snap, the noodles are filling, and the meat is sliced and cooked perfectly every time.
