Get off the kid's back. He's a damn good defensive player in a hitting slump. He's not much worse off than the rest of our guys who, as a team, aren't hitting worth ****! What this team needs is coaching. He's also young and naive and needs to learn who to talk to and when to shut the hell up.
I call 'em like I see them. He has been horrid this year. I didn't say anyone else is doing much better (they aren't) , but many seem to act as if it's blasphemy to point out that he has been playing poorly. Hence, IMO, he gets a free pass where others don't.
