True.  I'll definitely take 1-1 considering how bad this team has played in Busch Stadium over the years.
Yes but can we rely on Edwin Jackson to beat Chris Carpenter on Wednesday? This game was a favorable matchup for us. Jordan stunk and we didn't do enough vs Garcia.

maybe Zim should throw from his knees every time, like every time he catches the ball, just kneel down and then throw.

I am getting used to watching this Postseason.tv split screen thing. I think I might actually miss it.

Damn.  What a disappointing start.   Let's hope our bats warm up.

Espi, Suki, PH?

Danny may as well simply start batting RH full time.

Espinosa with another ill-advised bunt. He has zero confidence in his ability get a hit right now. Needs to sit on the bench Wednesday.

This game is over.  Offense has no confidence.  I hope I'm wrong, but it looks like Zim, LaRoche, and Morse are going out with a wimper this year.

We really should have battered Garcia while we had the chance.

Suzuki looks at three pitches :bang:

Bunt hits are part of his game.

This is an ugly inning.  I hope Rick Eckstein is proud of what he's seeing...

I'm sure he's proud of what they accomplished this season... over 162 games which is a representation of what the team can do... and not a single game.

Nice at bat by the Shark. Werth will probably walk or hit here. If there were RISP, he'd have no chance

Somehow I doubt Eckstiein measures his success or failure inning by inning.

Do or die in the 5th and 6th. Once we get to the 7th, it's over
