Yes
That would make Riggleman(11-11) the comeback manager of the year(?)... I know they don't have that, but they should now

Riggleman really is 10x better at managing the bullpen than Acta was.

Riggleman also doesn't have JoeLOL, Tavarez and the other crap Manny had.   Plus he didn't have to put up with Cabrera for a month.

Nice game by Dukes also. He looks like a different player now that he doesn't have to worry about being stalked by AZ.

Rizzo made the right move sending him down to AAA.

Retribution would be striking down Joel Hanrahan with lightning

Just 6 games ago a lot of people around here were calling Riggleman a Acta retread losing first two games to the Pirates.  Same ole, same ole.  Glad to see things going in the right direction. Go Nationals!

Using Jorge Sosa in important situations is just as dumb as anything Manny ever did the fact that it has worked out doesn't make it a smart move.

To be honest, Sosa hasn't sucked yet.  He might be sucky, in reality, but he hasn't shown it on the mound.  By that standard, he's safe to use.

He keeps pitchers in who are pitching well. Acta always put the same guys in to start certain innings, regardless of the situation.

What if he brought in MacDougal in the 9th and he struggled? We would have been shorted.

Sosa's pitched pretty well and he's been rewarded for it. Makes sense to me.

The only other option was putting in Saul. You can't put in Mac after 4 games in a row

The way the Nats are playing, you'd never know they'd be so far down in the basement.

Absolutely Ayala is a bum! How can our management let him pitch the 8th inning in a game like this? The Nats are not the same Nats that we beat up on earlier this year, ok? They're not. They have several new players and a new manager who has them playing hard.

im speechless. this is now pathetic. the fish could have easily scored at least 15 runs. how embarrassing to be swept by the natinals

UN-BELIEVABLE. Who's Dukes? A guy who always KILLS the Marlins.

Bringing in MacDougal to pitch a 4th day in a row would have been the stupides thing ever as would have been bringing in Saul at all. Players always revert to their proper level and Jorge Sosa's level is suck. A dumb move working out doesn't stop it from being a dumb move. And as far as managing a bullpen better than Manny, well duh. Manny sat there with his arms crossed and drooling on himself until it was too late. Riggleman is an average manager. Manny was down right pathetic. It is like comparing dirt to crap.
