He said that he doesn't deal with those things and he'll play with the 25 he's given.

Yes, and only the third inside the park homer in DC since 05 if memory serves, all coming this season. I'm 99% sure all three were at Nats Park, tonight and the Morgan throwing his glove tirade. Pretty sure the third, another Morgan screwup, was at home.

Yeah, I was just about to post that. Did some searching and saw that May of 07 against the Marlins Kearns had one. I have absolutely no memory of that, which, well, it was Austin Kearns. He hits an inside the park home run and you remember something like that. Must have been one of the few games I missed.

And the third inside the park homer this year was at home, the Mets game in which there was also a triple play.

How many parks in the last twenty years have had three inside the park homers in one season? I have to believe it's an extraordinary rarity in the modern era.

Angel Pagan hit an Inside the park HR vs. the Nats this year.

Emilio Bonifacio also had an inside the park HR once.

First time over 20k home attendance since Labour Day (22,515)...and is it just me or do we seem to be getting fewer Braves supporters in the ballpark than in prior series between these two teams? Pretty good atmosphere last night in any case.

This final homestand thus far has, for the most part, been rather a good bit of baseball.

Willie's inside the parker was awesome to see. He's had some nice moments this year despite the overall quality of his season.
