Is 6'1" 210 really considered all that big?

has anyone noticed that our starting pitching has been aweful lately?

Yes.  I've commented on it before (though I believe I said "coming back down to earth" rather than "awful")

That's pretty big. Not huge, though.

We've been too busy noticing how awful our offense has been.

Yep, coming right back down to earth to meet the rest of the team in Suck City.

That's not too big.

Edit: On second thought, maybe I'm judging that relative to sports.

Do you really consider this to be "awful"? There have been 2 errors.

Pujols is out until July, Bob. You'd figure he'd know that by now considering he loves the Cards.

Good inning, John.

Damn.  I knew a Jesse Flores homer was gonna be too much to hope for.

2 hard outs. Bad luck is just flowing through our bats.

True.  I guess it also depends what kind of 210 you are.

Does Lopez ever do anything besides fly out to left field?

gawd we suck. Looks like that first inning run given up by Lannan will be all the Bucs will need.

I think he has a clause in his contract demanding fly outs to LF.

Nope, he's got the worst swing I've ever seen. He is a dead uppercut fly ball hitter but he has no power. He needs to work on leveling out his swing but apparently he is set in his ways and will not change.
