Rizzo must have got hold of the forum posts and tweets about Bixler playing 1B and told Davey to change it :lmao:
Updated lineup sans Bixler is now posted.

Tim Redding, Ayala, and Rauch 1 hit the Phillies?!?!

It is one of tomterp's greatest memories. It is second to only every single thing Ryan Church did.

Incidentally, Levale Speigner has yet to pitch in 2011 after posting a 4.98 ERA in relief for AAA Tacoma last year.

The guy Jim Bowden gave up for him (to demote a Rule 5 guy), by the way, was a toolsy outfielder named Darnell McDonald.
  Our righty platoon outfielder!  (I'll leave the our ambiguous)

It's been a long day...I had put 7:35 originally, but then I forgot why so I changed it back to 7:05.  It's fixed now...

I think my favourite game I've attended this season (other than that madhouse against the Mariners capped by Matt Stairs' walk off RBI) was the game where we took the home series against the dogcrapbreath gang.  Gawd I hate that frigging team and their fans with a passion.

Bixler?    After yesterday?    I'm drinking early tonight.     Shouldn't be too depressing.   I'll throw in the Steelers/'skins around the 2nd inning.    By the time I get back to the game, I figure 8-0 Phillies.

The Book of Ryan Church fastball on the hands foul, fastball away ball, fastball away called strike two and off speed away off the plate swinging strike three.

I understand that Bixler is NOT in the lineup (according to Kilgore, and Zuckerman now has the new lineup with Nix instead of Bixler).

Any book associated with Ryan Church had better have a lot of pictures.

Carpenter has the weekend off but you have to believe that's in the works.

Phillies have some type of awards going on.  Rumors from TMZ is that all the other teams from the NL East are signing a surrender treaty.

I don't think the broadcast is starting until 7:30. I haven't gotten it started on MLB Extra Innings yet either.

Yeah, for you guys waiting for the game on MLB.tv, the game does not start until 7:30 tonight. Nats Xtra is still airing on MASN.

MASN announced the delay a little while ago, considering that this is an event that the Phillies have obviously been planning for a while it is fairly inconsiderate to not alert people of the time change well in advance.  Not that there are huge numbers of people rushing home to see the first pitch of the Nats game.
