Sweet, Harris has gotten lucky on both of his hits and this one paid off.

wow horrible luck.  should be a tie game (well if we scored in the first we would have the lead).

All I say is remember he's young folks.  22 years old and making just his fourth start.  In most other organizations he's still in AAA, but we're with the youth movement.  Scouts haven't raved about his stuff but said he has what it takes to be a pretty solid number three guy.  He has great composure and a fastball that has a lot of zip.  His curve is pretty nasty as well.  As he develops his change and works on things like pitching from the stretch, etc, he should be a good one for us.

In a "lost" season, it's been fun to see guys like Lannan, Bally, Dukes, Milledge and Flores make some strides.

Agreed. This kid has great stuff and just needs experience. Any rookie pitcher should not be expected to be aces out of the shoot. They need to take their lumps and learn.

Milledge finished 0-for-5 with an rbi, but hit the ball pretty sharply and they just said on TV he is running very, very well.  I hope to see him Friday night @ Dodger Stadium!!!

yuck, bad AB. RZ had been very patient at the plate since coming back prior to that AB.

I hope they aren't rushing him. He was just in the GCL a few days ago.

Zimmerman should know they are unlikely to give him much there. They were content to face Kearns, and he got caught fishing.

Kid Clutch Randy Orton/Christian Bale looked like a minor leaguer there.  D@mnit.

At least we got one back.  Keep strong Bally.

Fred Lewis is NOT the guy you want to be handing a leadoff walk to.

It's tricky with that particular injury.  We didn't hear much in the media last week aboot him and then he's off to Florida in a heartbeat.

Stats don't matter much in rehab as long as you can play the field and hit the ball hard/run fine, etc.  Like I said signs could point to him being activated for Friday.

and d@mnit bally c'mon man.
