I'm telling you guys, our OD starter, outside of it being a historic day for the team, really isn't as important as who we put out there against the Phillies.

An Opening Day win for this team would be an enormous boost of confidence for this team and it's fans considering this team has yet to win an Opening Day in DC uniform. And doing it in front of a packed house and on national TV? I shutter in excitement.

2 outs in the bottom of the ninth and Saul gives up a hit. Two on and 2 outs. Manny comes out with the hook. Saul must be over his pitch limit.

Game over. Nats win 4-1. Plexico throws 1 pitch and gets the final out and Save.
