You don't call a squeeze as the pitch is in the air! How in the world was Riggleman supposed to know the pitch would be awful? Not everyone has the ability of hindsight that you use to back up all of your arguments. Some people actually have to make decisions in real time.
That's a good question! I'm guessing its someone that wore 42?
No, not #42
Well, it's either 1, 5, 8, 10, 13, 18, 20 or 24.I was thinking it could be Rose, but he wore 14.
I'll give you guys a small hint it was #5
no thanks. I want to be able to post about SS tonight and tomorrow.
in other words you don't believe your own stupid panicking 3 innings too early.ok.
Prior to Bench, other Reds that wore the number were Johnny Temple (1964), Darrell Johnson (1962), Vada Pinson (1958), Hobie Landreth (1953-1955), Dixie Howell (1951), Ray Lamanno (1946-1948), Joe Just (1944-1945), Dick West (1940-1943), Willard Hershberger (1939), Billy Myers (1935-1937), Jake Flowers (1934), Johnny Moore (1933), and Babe Herman (1932).

I still don't understand why Zimmerman is out of the line-up today?
