You jest - I assume.....Lombo should be in the line-up- on a regular basis - sub for Espinosa and Espinosa giving Desmond a few days off... I'm just sayin

(Anybody accurately remember Jim Lemon's batting stance? My 50+ year memory is that he stretched his feet and planted them as far as he would have if he had taken a stride. Shifted his weight from back to front foot when he swung. I think he was about 6-5, which was the late '50s equivalent of about 6-7. Long arms, huge hands...he didn't need a full stride to generate home-run power. Of course, that is an 11-year-old's memory...)

I remember Jim Lemon. I also remember Mickey Vernon and Jackie Jensen. Long long time ago.
