Commuting to the District
Can be quite the pain
And one can quite often
Find themselves on a train

There’s much you can do
To help pass the time
I’ll list those things here
And I’ll do it in rhyme

I’ve mentioned before
About using sunglasses
To stare at the girls
And their yoga pants clad asses

If drooling over women
Isn’t exactly your style
There are other things to do
While you ride for a while

Break out your iPod
And listen to tunes
Or start the day out nicely
With a bag full of Blue Moons

If you need mental stimulation
Until the train ride ends
Have you tried that one game
It’s called “Words With Friends”

It’s kind of like Scrabble
And it’s good for all seasons
They had to change the name, though
For Copyright reasons

If you’re stuck in the “Old School”
Bust open a book
Or embrace technology
And go buy a nook

Be careful what you read though
You don’t want to get too worked up
Because you read “50 Shades”
And your zipper is stuck

Pack up some munchies
And enjoy a snack
Or go to the “Quiet Car”
And have a quick nap

You can read a good Crime Novel
About a nefarious caper
Or catch up on events
While reading the paper

You can get an iPad
And come log on here
And read hilarious rants
As the Panic Monkeys  Jeer

You can do lines of cocaine
Until your ride has ended
I say that in jest though
It’s not recommended
