If it's that close you have to swing.

He does need to swing, but he ain't gonna do anything with either of those last two strikes.  Just good pitching by Lester.

No way you can take that last pitch in that situation.

I mean it was inside. It's a great take but he just didn't get the call.

Gotta swing the bat Morse. That was a strike.

Still think that having now seen the replay with the box?

Pitch was well inside.  Lester's getting a strike zone twice the width of the plate.

Yup no way he was going to get that call after every thing that has happened in the series. It would have had to been an obvious pitch out of the zone to be called ball 4

I disagree.  It was plainly a ball.  If he strikes out on a ball a foot inside everyone is busting his balls for swinging at ball 4.

You still can't walk Punto though. Just toss it down the middle. That's bad

Nady needs to strike out on an inside pitch, argue the call, and get tossed from the game.

That pitch was no where near being a foot inside. You sound like SF.

And you know the Blue Jays will be on their best vs the Nats this week after getting embarrassingly swept by Atlanta . Of course we have to face Morrow tomorrow, the Braves miss him by a day. :?
