Brad Meyers' dominance continues.

6 IP 6 H 2 ER 1 BB 5 K. Improves to 4-0 with a 2.19 ERA in AA.

Storen pitched a scoreless 9th (1 IP 0 H 0 R 1 BB 1 K) for his 7th save.

Harrisburg is now 64-65 on the season which is a complete miracle. Just imagine the Washington Nationals being one game under .500 right now. That is what the AA Senators have accomplished. Their record over the first few months was worse than that of the Nationals.

The Nats have to promote Bronson. It's embarrassing that he still pitching in a child's league when he could be helping Hagersburg or Potomac.

Hagersburg
Funny typo or just a WNFF portmanteau word I'm not familiar with?

The latter.  It's one of many Debbi Taylor-isms.

Shairon Martis finally had a good start, although the O didn't repay his efforts:

7 innings gave up 2 runs (they lost 2-1), with 4 hits and 2 walks against 6 Ks. Hopefully that can carry over when he gets called up next month.

Can you inquire why Bronson hasn't been promoted yet?

OR?

Just so you understand the idea. A proclamation without a definitive is like a chick without tits. Nobody ever pays attention.

What's a "bettert"?  Is that if you don't have any past balls?

Brian,

What's the deal with Ruben De la Rosa on the GCL team?

He was dominant in the DSL last year, and he seems to be dominating again in the GCL. Does this guy have a big arm? He's only 5'6".... but he's got a 43/9 K/BB in 27 IP.

His WHIP is almost under 1 and he's got a great 1.00 ERA.

Does this guy have potential?

And are they not promoting him because they don't want him to have too much of a culture shock in moving twice in one year just after leaving the D.R.? Or do they just not think he's ready?

he's 5' 9". his numbers are very good but he's 22 and should be dominating a bunch of 18-19 year olds in the GCL.

Along with LHR Clayton Dill, OF JR Higley has also been promoted to the people of the Suns.
