Our bullpen's line over the last 12 2/3 IP: 2 Hits allowed and only 1 Earned run (all allowed by Winston Abreu).  Take him out of the bullpen and our pen would be perfect.

What would this score be if we'd just played smart mistake-free baseball?

And it doesn't require talent to play mistake-free baseball!

gulp.. Cleveland who comes to town this weekend is beating Philadelphia 10-1.  A 2-4 homestand would be good considering the teams we are going against.

Hitting: Some good hitters, mostly not.
Pitching: Great bullpen, good nucleus of young SPing.
Defense: Mediocre, needs to be improved.
Running: Not great, not very aggressive.

Yes it does.  However, all MLB players have that talent.

It doesn't require extraordinary talent!

I went to my 7th grade nephew's baseball game, and noticed the center field fence was marked at 335 feet.  RFK's RF pole is 335 feet.  And RFK is a huge pitchers' park.

All we need is a two-run HR to tie it.  AND, Zimmerman can't hit a HR, at most a 3-run HR.
