It's definitely anonymous. It's all in good fun. I'd hope everyone could be an adult about it and not get offended.

It is anonymous and it's just for fun. But even if it weren't anonymous I don't see the problem. Whose feelings are going to be hurt by something as innocuous as this?

I wouldn't make the assumption that nobody's feeling would be hurt but that's just my own inclination. Anyway, I nominated everybody who hadn't been nominated for the Stuart Smalley award in another thread so they're all covered.
