Has anyone seen any details on the 2010 Fanfest?  I don't see anything on the Nationals web site so far.

Powerboater said that the list of Nats players attending had been published.  PB?

More details were coming in January.  We're only 3-4 games in!  Probably around mid Jan if I know this club!   Roll Eyes

You take these things awfully personally.  It could be that a lot of the players have other obligations.

Preaching to the choir is expected, but perhaps isn't reaching the folks you need to reach the most.

Sure, nobody denying your right to an opinion.  I'll be at Fanfest too, and hope we have a lot of Nats, over and above the ones already listed.  I bet we do.  But from a business perspective, it's important to get out the message, (ie to remind people the Nats exist and show the public their friendly, autograph signing mugs) to folks who would otherwise not have the Nats cross their minds that day.  And a Verizon Center full of cheerful, passionate Caps fans seems to be a good place to spread the word.

They have all the big stars but Marquis at the Caps game. That will be fun for the players too, I'm sure.

You'd think they have to do something in Strasburg, VA right?

Strabourg, PA is where you get off the highway so you can take US-30 into Philly and avoid tolls. Sounds like a party town to me.

Nothing stupid about it.  This gets more buzz around the team.  Caps games are packed - more people will be exposed to the event.
