Sheinen is reporting that he's going to LA to see Dr. Louis Yocum, the same guy I think who rebuilt Zimmermann's elbow.

Worst case he's looking at an amputation, correct?

Euthanasia may be required. Or youth in Asia. Either one does the trick.

Wow, Jason Bergmann posted a comment on that note that made me really wish he wasn't a substitute teacher during offseasons.

Could be a typo as opposed to a conscious misspelling.  Sometimes when I'm in facebook, the ability to type letters slows to a crawl, like typing in quicksand.  When this is happening for some reason it skips letters or spaces, I find I have to go back and edit my typing all the time.  I'm not saying I know what his situation is, but just introducing the concept of reasonable doubt.    Tongue

Well, according to the Post, it's just an inflammation.  They did the MRI right after it happened.  No ACL issues which is a wunnerful thang.

Thanks Dr Yocum <laughing>

I can pop lots of my joints. Nothing tears. Could have been lactic acid.

Oh sure, look who's playing Marcus Welby now?

Look, I may not be a doctor, but I once got a B in Biology and with this computer and the internet, I can diagnose nearly any injury based on mere second or third hand anecdotal reports.  So buzz off.
