We want a REAL manager when Strasburg arrives.

Meanwhile, Speigner is paying off big time tonight.  Seals the deal.

Who are you kidding...we have to outsuck the Mariners, which is, frankly, impossible.

wow, what a gruesome game.

Saturday's (tonight's) game will hopefully be far more exciting, i will be in attendance! i hope Manny doesn't get any incredulous ideas of benching Dukes so he can rest his knee after playing a 14 inning game.

FAREWELL!

The Mariners put the "suck" in "sucks."

Mid-season, they fired their manager, their GM, and released a player making $15 million.
They KNOW how to lose.

GAME OVER.  WE LOSE.

AIR ZIMMERMAN WILL MAKE HIS FIRST APPEARANCE AT A WASHINGTON BASEBALL GAME, later today.  He leaves Bonafide Beastly Buffalo, NY early, and may be signing autographs here at 4:40 pm!

We are disgusting but Seattle wants it more. We should get #2 without a problem though. We can't even beat the stupid Padres, no way we'll get more than a win or two against the Phils and Marlins the rest of the season.

Finally Manny says something smart. He just blamed the loss on Shell for walking the #8 hitter on an 0-2 count in the 8th inning.

Our hitters should be ashamed as well. I was thinking of going to this game, glad I didn't. We have been stranding runners at a disturbing rate all week.

Yea it was a bad call on shell, but u cant necessarily blame him for that. We did go 6 more innings after and couldnt get a single run in...

Speigner is a piece of crap

This reminds me of what happened yesterday when my nephew took his Ryan Church autographed baseball to baseball practice. He said they used it for BP. tomterp would disapprove.

Oh yeah?  Well I bet spidernat would not approve of the tomterp family (circa 1972) appropriating my dad's football to play in the yard.  Only problem was, it was signed by Sonny Jurgenson, Charlie Taylor, Billy Kilmer, and about 30 other Redskins of the era.  Within a day all the signatures were totally gone.    <wide-eyed shock>    Undecided     Embarrassed     icon_frown
